According to Radar, the rehab that Demi Moore attended didn't really stick and now her daughters are thinking of planning an intervention for their mom. They are also probably thinking of going to the mall and brushing their teeth, but it doesn't mean they are going to do it. I believe the word used by radar was actually considering rather than thinking, but it's the same thing. You can say anything you want if you are just considering it. I considered exercising a few years ago, but decided against it. A more definitive statement would be I am going to try one of the new bacon sundaes from Burger King. No considering or thinking, I'm doing.
