Ohio State moves up to No. 6 in latest College Football Playoff Poll ...

The fourth College Football Playoff Poll was released Tuesday night.

Ohio State remains the highest-ranked Big Ten team as the Buckeyes jumped up two spots, to No. 6, after their 31-24 road victory over Minnesota on Saturday.

The biggest mover in the Big Ten was Wisconsin. The Badgers leaped all the way up to No. 16 after cruising to a 59-24 win over Nebraska in this past weekend’s Big Ten West showdown.

Michigan State moved up to No. 11, while Nebraska dropped seven spots to No. 23. Minnesota remained at No. 25 in the poll.

As has been the case in the first three weeks of the poll, the Big Ten is shut out of the top four spots, which went to Alabama (No. 1), Oregon (No. 2), Florida State (No. 3) and Mississippi State (No. 4).

While the Big Ten would have no team in the playoff if the season ended today, there’s still two weeks left of the Big Ten regular season, in addition to the conference championship game. Ohio State closes out the Big Ten regular season at home against Indiana and Michigan.

The final rankings come out Dec. 7 on College Football Playoff Selection Day. This year’s semifinal sites are the Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl.

Here’s the full poll.
